Ingredients:
60 g oat or buckwheat flakes
200 ml almond drink, unsweetened
25g vegan vanilla protein powder
Optional: 1 tbsp date paste or other sweetener of your choice
100 g almond yogurt
50-100 ml water
1/3 tsp tonka bean, finely grated
1 pinch of salt
Toppings:
1 tbsp almond butter
1-2 tbsp almonds
1/2 Almond Tonka High Protein Bar
Preparation:
Heat the almond milk in a small saucepan. Stir in the flakes and simmer over medium heat for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Mix vanilla protein powder with almond yogurt or yogurt of your choice and a little water until creamy. Mix with the grated tonka bean and a pinch of salt.
Pour the creamy porridge into a bowl and top with almond butter, almonds, and the sliced Almond Tonka High Protein bar.
