INGREDIENTS

200g Plant Yoghurt 
Fruits: Banana, Kiwi 
20g Nuts
1/2 Peanut White Chocolate Proteinbar

PREPARATION

1. Our base is soy yoghurt, which gives you some protein. If you don't want to use soy yoghurt, you can substitute with pea yoghurt (also some protein) or coconut yoghurt (less protein, but a source for healthy fats and calcium).
2. Add your fruits of choice for some carbs and vitamins! Bananas for example are a source of potassium and magnesium. Kiwis are very high in vitamin c. 
3. Top it off with some nuts to get some healthy fats, plus half an getvuel proteinbar for the extra protein.
