INGREDIENTS
1/2 banana
2 tbsp vanilla protein powder
250 ml plant milk
2 tsp peanut caramel spread
2 espresso shots
ice cubes
PREPARATION
1. Place the banana in the blender along with the protein powder, plant milk and caramel spread.
2. Place ice cubes and 2 espresso shots in a glass and top with the banana-vanilla-caramel shake.
