INGREDIENTS
Floor:
100 g oat flakes
2 tbsp vanilla protein powder
50 g nut butter
40 ml maple syrup
1 shot of water
300 g frozen raspberries
100 g Matcha chocolate on top
PREPARATION
1. For the base, mix all ingredients together and pour into a mold.
2. Heat the frozen raspberries over medium heat until they break down. Then spread them over the base.
3. Melt the matcha chocolate and pour it over the raspberries.
4. Place in the freezer for 1-2 hours.
