INGREDIENTS (1 Shake)
200ml Plant Milk
30g Protein Powder (vanilla oder neutral)
20g Peanut Caramel Spread
1 Shot of Espresso
Ice Cubes
PREPARATIONS
1. Brew a shot of Espresso.
2. In a blender combine plant milk, protein powder and peanut caramel spread. Blend until smooth.
3. Fill a glass with ice cubes. Pour the shake over the ice and add the espresso shot.
