INGREDIENTS

For the Steak:
1 Cauliflower
2-EL tbsp. Olive Oil
1 tsp. Paprika Powder
1 tsp. Curry Powder
Salt, Pepper
For the Yogurt Dressing:
5 tbsp. vegan Yogurt
2 tbsp. Tahini
Juice of half a lemon
Garlic
Salt, Pepper
Goji Berries and Nuts
PREPARATIONS
1. Remove the outer leaves of the cauliflower and slice the cauliflower lengthwise into 2 cm wide slices.
2. Brush the cauliflower steaks with some olive oil and marinate them with the spices.
3. Grill them on medium heat for 5 minutes per side or pan-fry them, while mixing all the ingredients for the dressing.
4. Finally, serve with pomegranate seeds and fresh parsley.
