Green Goddess Dressing

Ingredients:

  • 200 g silken tofu
  • 50 g coriander
  • 1/3 cucumber
  • 100 g soy curd
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • salt and pepper

Tahini-Lime Dressing

Ingredients:

  • 20 g tahini
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 15 g Pure High Protein Powder
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • Add some water if necessary

Raspberry Balsamic Dressing

Ingredients:

  • 60 g raspberries
  • 60 ml light balsamic vinegar (alternatively apple cider vinegar or lemon juice)
  • 2 tsp medium-hot mustard
  • 50 ml still water
  • 50 g soy curd
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp agave syrup
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • Pepper to taste
