Green Goddess Dressing
Ingredients:
- 200 g silken tofu
- 50 g coriander
- 1/3 cucumber
- 100 g soy curd
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- salt and pepper
Tahini-Lime Dressing
Ingredients:
- 20 g tahini
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 15 g Pure High Protein Powder
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- Add some water if necessary
Raspberry Balsamic Dressing
Ingredients:
- 60 g raspberries
- 60 ml light balsamic vinegar (alternatively apple cider vinegar or lemon juice)
- 2 tsp medium-hot mustard
- 50 ml still water
- 50 g soy curd
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp agave syrup
- ¼ tsp salt
