INGREDIENTS (9 Cookies)
100g glutenfree flour
30g vanilla protein powder
2tbsp. peanut caramel proteinspread
40g sweetener of choice (e.g. erythritol or date sugar)
1 mashed Banana
30ml coconut oil
1/2tsp baking powder
PREPARATION
1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
2. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and stir until a firm dough forms.
3. Scoop the dough onto a baking sheet and form 9 cookies.
4. Bake for 20 minutes (or until the edges are just starting to brown).
