30g chocolate protein powder
10g cocoa powder
250ml plant milk or water
1. Let the oatmeal simmer briefly with the milk.
2. Remove the pot from the heat and stir in the protein powder.
3. We love to add some more vitamins and minerals through our toppings. Banana for example gives us potassium and magnesium. Sprouted buckwheat is not only high in protein but also fiber. It's a good source of minerals plus gives a nice crunch! As healthy fats have various benefits such as improving blood cholesterol levels, lowering the risk of developing heart disease or reducing inflammation, we drizzle some almond butter on top of our porridge aswell.
