20g peanut flour, alternative: oat flour
20g vegan protein powder or more flour
10g ground flax seeds
20g peanutbutter (recommend crunchy!)
Optional: sweetener of choice


TOPPING
Peanut white chocolate proteinbar
Roasted peanuts and/or soy crisps
White Chocolate

PREPARATION

1. Combine all of the ingredients in your breakfast bowl.
2. Now add your toppings of choice.
