Protein Brownies

INGREDIENTS

1 mashed banana
30g chocolate protein powder
15g cocoa powder
30g peanut butter
100ml plant milk
1/2tsp baking powder

PREPARATION

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C top/bottom heat.
2. Mash the banana in a large bowl with a fork.
3. Add the remaining ingredients to the banana and combine everything into a smooth dough.
4. Line a small baking tin with baking paper, add the dough and bake the brownies for about 20-30 minutes.
