INGREDIENTS (2 Portions)
1 mashed banana
80g oats
40g chocolate protein powder
20g cocoa powder
20g nut butter
200ml plant milk or water
1/2tsp baking powder
pinch of salt
PREPARATION
1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
2. Put the porridge in an ovenproof dish and bake at 180 degrees for about 20-30 minutes (depending on how firm you like it).
3. Top it off with banana and cocoa nibs.
