60g Oat Flour
60g Protein Powder
30g Erythritol
20g Apple Sauce / Soy Yoghurt
200ml Plant Milk
1TL Baking Powder
Salt


PREPARATIONS

1. Mix all the ingredients together until a smooth, thick batter forms.
2. Pour the batter into the preheated waffle iron and bake until golden brown.
3. Top the waffles with protein spread and fruit to your liking.
