1 Block Tofu
Coconut Yoghurt
Dried Tomatoes
Basil
MARINADE
Tomato Paste, Olive Oil, Soy Sauce, Chili Powder, Garlic Powder & smoked Paprikapowder
PREPARATIONS
1. Press the block of tofu between two cutting boards, pat it dry with kitchen paper, and halve it in height.
2. Prepare the marinade ingredients and marinate the tofu in it.
3. Heat the waffle iron, place the tofu slices in it, and bake until golden brown.
4. Top the waffles with coconut yogurt, dried tomatoes, and basil.
