INGREDIENTS
Strawberry milk:
180 g strawberries (frozen or fresh)
150 ml coconut milk
1 tbsp maple syrup
A little ground vanilla
Some sea salt
A little lemon juice
Oats:
6 tbsp oat flakes
2 tbsp poppy seeds
2 tbsp strawberry protein powder
1 tsp almond butter
Strawberries in small pieces
PREPARATION
1.Put all ingredients for the strawberry milk into a blender and mix well.
2. Divide the oat flakes, poppy seeds, and strawberry protein powder between 2 glasses and stir.
3. Pour in the strawberry milk and stir well again.
4. Place both glasses in the refrigerator overnight and enjoy the next morning!
