INGREDIENTS
1 tsp dry yeast
1 tbsp water
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp olive oil
40 g Pure Protein Powder
150 g rice flour
150 ml water
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp vegan cream cheese
3-4 apricots
Walnuts
arugula
PREPARATION
1. Mix yeast, water and maple syrup and let stand briefly.
2. Then add Pure Protein, rice flour, salt, olive oil and water and knead well.
3. Roll out the dough, spread with cream cheese and top with apricots.
4. Bake for 20-25 minutes in a preheated oven at 240 degrees top/bottom heat.
5. Top with arugula and walnuts and enjoy.
