Vegan Protein Ice Cream a la Rahel

INGREDIENTS 

Chocolate Ice Cream:
200g Soy Yoghurt (unsweetened)
30g Chocolate Protein Powder
20g Cocoa Peanut Protein Spread
10g Cocoa Powder 
10g Erythritol

Vanilla-Caramel Ice Cream:
200g Soy Yoghurt (unsweetened)
30g Vanilla Protein Powder

20g Caramel Peanut Protein Spread
10g Erythritol

Mix-Ins:
Peanut White Choc Proteinbar
Protein Spreads


PREPARATIONS

1. Mix the ingredients for each flavor separately in a bowl until the mixture is free of lumps.
2. Now, combine the mixtures in a mold and swirl them together (like in a marble cake).
3. Optionally, top with protein bar chunks and spreads, then place in the freezer for at least 2 hours.
