INGREDIENTS

30g ground oats 
30g vanilla protein powder
5g ground flax seeds
200ml plant milk

Toppings:
apple, cinnamon and almond butter

PREPARATIONS

1. In your breakfast bowl combine oats, protein powder, flax seeds and plant milk.
2. Top oats with apple slices, almond butter and cinnamon.
