INGREDIENTS (per bite)
200g Soy Yoghurt
30g vegan vanilla protein
100g blueberries
Sweetener of choice
80g dark chocolate
PREPARATIONS
1. In a bowl, mix together yogurt, protein powder, and sweetener.
2. Gently fold in the blueberries into the yogurt mixture.
3. Line a large plate with parchment paper and use two tablespoons of the mixture to form eight small mounds on the plate.
4. Place the plate in the freezer until the bites become firm.
5. Melt the dark chocolate and drizzle it over the frozen bites.
