Quick, easy and delicious - our variation of this very famous breakfast!

INGREDIENTS

2 slices proteinbread
1 avocado
Salt
Pepper
Lemonjuice

PREPARATIONS

1. Toast the slices in a pan.
2. Whilst the toasting cut your avocado into slices. 
3. Spread the avocado onto your toasted bread and spice with salt, pepper and some lemon juice.
