Peanut Caramel Protein Mugcake

INGREDIENTS 

30g oat-flour
30g neutral proteinpowder
flax egg (1tsp ground flax seeds + 5tsp water) 
120ml plant milk
30g peanutbutter
1/2 tsp baking powder
pinch of salt

FILLING

Proteinspread, alternative: Peanutbutter


PREPARATIONS

1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
2. Combine
 all dry ingredients in your mug of choice.
3. Add the flax egg, plant milk and peanutbutter until you get a smooth but sticky batter.
4. Drop a tea- (or table-) spoon of proteinspread into the center and push it down into the batter.
5. Bake for around 30 minutes.
