White Choc Caramel Protein Bites a la Rahel

INGREDIENTS (6 Bites)

60g Oat flour
40g Protein Powder (Vanilla or Neutral)
35g Peanut Caramel Spread 
60ml Agave Syrup

Peanut Caramel Protein Spread

White Chocolate

 

PREPARATIONS

1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl until crumbly but stick when pressed together.
2. Transfer into a lined square tray or container and press it down evenly to tightly compress the mixture. 
3. Spread a layer of Peanut Caramel Protein Spread on top an glaze with white chocolate.
4. Chill in the freezer until set before slicing into bites.
