Coffee and caramel – a match made in heaven!
INGREDIENTS
Dough:
150 g oat flour
50g Creamy Coffee protein powder
50 g ground almonds
50 g erythritol
30 ml maple syrup
100 ml almond milk
1 tsp baking powder
Crumble:
50 g oat flakes
30 g ground almonds
50 g Caramel Spread
20 g erythritol
PREPARATION
1. Preheat oven to 170°C.
2. Mix the ingredients for the dough well in a bowl and pour into a loaf pan.
3. Now knead the ingredients for the crumble until crumble pieces form.
4. Bake for about 45 minutes (make sure your crumbles don't get too dark).
