INGREDIENTS
30g buckwheat flour
30g chocolate proteinpowder
10g cocoa powder
100ml plant milk
50g banana
1/2 tsp baking powder
pinch of salt
FILLING
Proteinspread, alternative: Chocolate
PREPARATIONS
1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
2. Combine all dry ingredients in your mug of choice.
3. Add mashed banana and plant milk until you get a smooth but sticky batter.
4. Drop a tea- (or table-) spoon of proteinspread or chocolate into the center and push it down into the batter.
5. Bake for around 30 minutes.
