Pancake Tacos

INGREDIENTS
Pancakes (see our Recipe for fluffy Protein Pancakes)
Coconut Yoghurt
Proteinspread
Fruits (e.g. Banana, Berries, etc.)


PREPARATION
1. Prepare pancakes and cut fruits.
2. Spoon coconut yoghurt or proteinspread on center of each pancake. Top with fruits and berries.
3. Fold pancakes in half, and serve like tacos.
