2TL Cocoa Peanut Protein Spread

Goji Berries and Nuts
PREPARATIONS
1. Slice the banana lengthwise with a knife (without cutting all the way through) and open it up.
2. Spread some protein spread into the slit and cook at 200 degrees celsius for 5-6 minutes in the oven, air fryer or not the grill.
3. Optionally, top with your favorite toppings such as nuts or berries.
