INGREDIENTS
Ice cream:
400 g coconut milk
100 ml maple syrup
30 g vanilla protein powder
60 g frozen strawberries
Toppings:
Strawberry Glaze (100 g frozen strawberries, a little water & maple syrup)
Peanut Caramel Spread

PREPARATION
1. Blend all ingredients for the ice cream thoroughly (either with or without an ice cream maker) and freeze for 24 hours.
2. The next day, prepare the ice cream in the ice cream maker until creamy.
3. Puree the ingredients for the strawberry glaze and fold some of it into the ice cream.
4. Pour into a glass and top with the strawberry glaze, strawberries and spread.
