High Protein Granola

INGREDIENTS

300 g oat flour
40 g vanilla protein powder
50g Caramel Spread
60 ml maple syrup
40 ml coconut oil
Pinch of sea salt


PREPARATION

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C top/bottom heat.

2. Mix all ingredients together, spread on a baking sheet and bake for about 30 minutes.
3. To make the granola crunchy, make sure you let it cool down!
