INGREDIENTS (2 Portions)
200g Pasta of choice (We recommend legume-pasta. It's higher in protein and glutenfree.)
Sauce
250g sieved tomatoes
50g tomato paste
240g white beans (drained and rinsed)
200ml water
20ml olive oil
1 glove of garlic (peeled and chopped)
1 red onion (chopped finely)
2 carrots (cut into cubes)
Spices:
Basili
Oregano
Paprika
Turmeric
Salt
Pepper
Serve with: Nutritional Yeast
PREPARATIONS
1. Heat oil in a large pan and sauté the garlic and onions until translucent.
2. Add white beans, sieved tomatoes, tomato paste, carrots and water and stir well. Now season and simmer covered for about 20 minutes.
3. In the meantime cook pasta according to package directions
4. Serve Pasta with sauce and decorate with fresh basil and nutritional yeast.
