Stracciatella ice cream - vegan and high protein with our crispy dark choc protein bar 🍫
INGREDIENTS:
200g silken tofu
50g plant-based cream cheese
20-30g erythritol
1/4 tsp guar gum
20g melted dark chocolate
Crispy Dark Choc Bars
PREPARATION:
1. Blend all ingredients for the ice cream together and freeze for 24 hours.
2. Prepare the next day with your ice cream maker.
3. Grate the bar and melt the chocolate. Add both to the ice cream and blend again.
