INGREDIENTS
Dough:
250 g (spelt) flour
120 g vegan butter
5 tablespoons cold water
pinch of salt
Tofu mix:
350 g silken tofu
1 tbsp starch
2-3 tbsp yeast flakes
Salt, pepper, turmeric, garlic powder, kala namak (optional)
Vegetables:
250 g mushrooms
1 leek
Dried tomatoes
1 onion
Topping:
Small tomatoes
Vegan cheese
Yeast flakes
PREPARATION
1. Mix all ingredients for the dough, knead and place in the refrigerator for half an hour.
2. Preheat oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat). Meanwhile, chop the vegetables and sauté them in a pan.
3. Pour the dough into a tart tin and pre-bake for about 10 minutes - weigh it down with rice or dried chickpeas.
4. Mix all ingredients for the tofu mixture.
5. Now place the vegetables on the dough, then add the tofu mixture and toppings on top.
6. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees top/bottom heat for 30-40 minutes.
