150g Rice Noodles
160g Tempeh
2 Carrots
1/2 Avocado
1/2 Cucumber
4 Radish
Fresh mint
Chopped Peanuts
Black Sesame Seeds
Lime
Dressing:
30g Peanut Caramel Proteinspread
Lime juice
Water as needed
PREPARATIONS
1. Cook the rice noodles according to the package directions.
2. Cut your tempeh and veggies.
3. Whisk together the ingredients for the dressing, add water as needed.
4. Now add veggies, noodles and tempeh in a bowl and top off with chopped peanuts, sesame seeds, lime and dressing.
