Vanilla croissants, high in protein and chocolate!
INGREDIENTS
Dough:
100 g flour
50 g ground almonds
20g Dark Chocolate Protein Powder
40-50 g erythritol
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 packet of vanilla sugar
60 g plant-based yogurt
2 tsp highly deoiled cocoa powder
50g vegetable butter
PREPARATION
1. Mix all ingredients, form the dough into a ball and place it in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
2. Form small crescent-shaped moons, place them on a baking tray and bake at 180°C for approx. 10-15 minutes.
3. Then let it cool down a bit and decorate as desired.
