Moist chocolate cinnamon rolls – you have to try them!


INGREDIENTS


75 g oat flour
25 g ground hazelnuts
40g Dark Chocolate Protein Powder
25 g erythritol
15 g cocoa powder
1 pinch of cinnamon
1 pinch of salt
1 tsp baking powder
125 ml almond milk

Cocoa Peanut Protein Spread


PREPARATION

1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
2. First, combine the dry ingredients. Then, add the almond milk and mix until you have a formable dough.
3. Roll out the dough into a rectangle on a well-floured surface.
4. Spread the protein spread on it and roll it lengthwise.
5. Cut the roll into 6 equal pieces, place them in an ovenproof dish and bake at 180°C top/bottom heat for about 12 minutes.
