INGREDIENTS
50g Millet
50g Kidneybeans
150g Tofu
1 Tomato
1 Paprika
1/2 Onions
1/2 Avocado
MARINADE
1 tbsp. Soy Sauce
1/2 tbsp. Sesame Oil
1/2 tbsp. Rice Vinegar
1 tbsp. Tomato Paste
1 tsp. Date Syrup
DRESSING
100g Soy Yoghurt
Lemon Juice
Salt
Pepper
PREPARATIONS
1. Cook the millet.
2. Finely chop peppers, tomatoes and onions. Season with lemon, salt, pepper and garlic.
3. Press the liquid out of the tofu, grate the tofu, and marinate it. Then, fry it in a pan.
4. Mix all the ingredients for the dressing together.
5. Finally, put everything in a bowl and top it with the dressing.
