Vegan Scrambled Eggs / Scrambled Tofu

INGREDIENTS (2 Portions)

200g Plain Tofu 
2tbsp. Coconut yoghurt
Nutritional Yeast

Spices:
Turmeric
Paprika
Curry
Kala Namak 
Pepper

Oil (for frying)

Serve with: Slice of bread


PREPARATIONS

1. Pat / press Tofu with paper towels until dry.
2. Heat your pan to medium-heat and add some oil to the pan.
3. Now crumble tofu into the pan and fry it for about 3 minutes.
4. Add yeast flakes and fry for some minutes before adding the coconut yoghurt. Fry again for 2-3 minutes.

5. Finally season, taste and turn off the heat. 
6. Toast or roast the slice of bread, serve with scrambled tofu und sprinkle some sesame seeds on top.
